I have some confusion in Probational so please sir done it. we have open branch in Rajkot from 2003 and that time company have a 2 empl. after than some year to presently 10 empl.doing work in our branch, in 2003 to continues we have paid probational tax in our origin head branch Baroda but now we will decide to pay PT in our city so what is processor it? 1. Have we start new accounts or continues transfer from there city? 2. have paid to continues tax / or paid to penalty form 2003 3. if There are not accepts for our accounts so what will be done processor? Sir Please give me answer for this confusion.
