please provide as earliest the procedeure for retiring the director form the pvt. ltd. co. and we have to reimburse their share contribution. please do the needfulllllll.

Directors have to resign and their resignation can be accepted in a board meeting. Form 32 is to be filed with ROC in respect of above.
As regards reimbursement of their share contribution, their shares have to be purchased by remaining promoters as per procedure laid down in the Articles of the particular pvt ltd company
