Procedure for getting certified true copy

26 September 2012 Pl tell me in whose name the stamp paper should be taken to get the certified true copy of the documents. What is the purpose of the stamp paper . Will it be taken in the name of the person who is going there personally to get the certificate?
Kindly clear this doubt as ASAP

Otherwise incase the certified copy is to be used by anyother person he may take stampt on his name.
