Problem with efiling

30 July 2011 I have efiled my returns via an Authorized eFiling Intermediary. It has been more than 24 hrs but my filing hasnt been confirmed and is being shown as pending. The customer support of the intermediary hasn't yet responded.

The incometaxefiling site says that there is no record of me efiling this year. As tomorrow is the last date, should I wait for the intermediary to hopefully process my returns in time or should I file it again myself from the government site? Can anyone advise?

30 July 2011 If you can do the efiling yourself it is better to file it yourself

30 July 2011 Yes. But now if I efile myself now, and the the intermediary also efiles, wont there be two returns files causing more problems?
