Problem to open the folder

this folder can not be open and this is zip folder.while open this folder, rels file is open. we can not read this file.we have problem in some this type of folder. pls help us

26 July 2011 You need to unzip the folder & then there should be a PDF file. You need to enter password to open the file. password is (pan & date of birth in continuation without any space or /,-)
