Respected sir, I Pawan kumar is CA final student and my articleship ends on 20-09-2014. Luckily I cleared ibps exam and will be a employee of UCO bank after one month. My problem is how i can complete my articleship along with my job.Plz give me legal solution.

You have to follow the norms of ICAI and as per regulation which you have signed that during your articleship you cannot do anything without permission. You cannot do any job other then completion of your articleship. So, you can ask your employer to given you appointment only after completion of your articleship. If you clear CA then you will realise that the present job is pea nut for you so complete the articleship or you can join the job and take leave up to completion of articleship.
