hello guys i have 2 question: 1) is private placement applicable to private company??
2)if ans is yes dn plz solve my doubt: suppose Mr A is the director of the co say XYZ ltd whos authorized capital is 1cr and paid up capital is 47.5lac nw company has issue to shares to 3 people or rs 17.5 lac ie Mr A(who is Director of the company) Mr B(an outsider) and Mr C (an outsiders)
nw my question is: is private placement is applicable to xyz ltd??
