please suggest me how to prepare for CS professional all 3 modules exam in Dec 2016.
i m Ca final student.

Some of the subjects you have already covered in CA course, so you have advantage in that sense. Just do a thorough reading of ICSI study material and you will be able to cover the portions well in time and focus on areas not covered either fully or partially in CA syllabus like Drafting, Due Diligence etc.
