sir please tell for a corporate assessee what are the points to be considered for preparation of the case against notice under section 143(2).

1. Try to give proper reply and information i.e. neither more nor less than what is required as per the notice, 3. Supporting documents such as details, bank statements etc. should be attached properly, and 3. Try to be present on required dates without unnecessary adjournments.
