06 July 2011 In a Pvt Ltd Company, Expenses are done before registration. how to book the preregistration expenses.....

Any body can resolve this query????

06 July 2011 Those expenses are to be booked under Preliminary expenses and has to be written off over a period of time.

And I have one more doubt...
In Tally this preliminary expenses under which head of account I can book????
Is this preliminary expenses comes in Balance Sheet or in Profit & Loss Account????
