what is time limit to intimate institute if u want to sign in individual capacity if u hold cop and also having a partner in another firm

Once you have COP, you have been given licence to sign BS. For signing balance sheet in individual capacity you have to get another name approved from ICAI and only after name is approved whether any firm name or your individual name you can sign any BS in addition to the capacity of a partner in another firm.
