dear expart my qualification is B.com(hons in accountancy) and done certificate courses in direct taxes,hence can I practice as a income tax practitioner u/s 288(2)(vi)? any license required for that practice or any trade license? can any one advice me its important thanks... if yes what its procedure?

Yes you have to procure a licence as ITP (Income Tax Practitioner) from the respective Commissioner of Income Tax. There is procedure for this and you have to apply to the CIT

dear sir thank you very much to appriciate me and other like me, we found a way to forward sir in addition I want to know that after fill up of form 39 what kind of documents are required and any fee for applied also particulars of any two cases are required or not, can I proceed alone for the registration, kindly sir give me advice in details if possible? thanks....
