Ppf account - limit of investment in family accounts

If I have PPF accounts in my name, my wife name and my 2 kids names, total 4 PPF accounts. Queries are :
a. May I deposit 1,00,000 in each 4 accounts in a year ?
b. Will I get interest in all the accounts, even if I don't ask for tax benefit under 80C ?
