One of the director of our company is in Canada for last one month and he may stay there for one month more. For banking purpose we have to execute a power of attorney by director abroad in favour of a director in India. My questions are;- 1. Procedure for executing POA by a person abroad in favour of a person in India. Explaining the role of Notary public in Canada or Indian Embassy or Canadian Embassy????
2. Does it have to be embossed before collector/commisioner in India?
