Sir, I want to know that if someone have written a power of attorney of land in favour of his does son have right to sell property to anyone & if yes then in whose hand will tax liablity will come, is it will come in son's hand or father's hand.

POA if it is son name than son have right to sell property on behalf of the seller or father. Since property owned by father son is only represent Father tax liability has to be discharged by father only since legal ownership is not transfered to POA he only represents the transaction of his father.

First and foremost point is : Is the POA for consideration or without consideration. If it is for without consideration, then the answer as given by Kaviraja Addangadi stands good. If the POA is for consideration, then the son is liable for tax, if any
