plz help me sir that my father have 2 buses hired by a fectory and gross turn over approx 15 lakh. sir plz told me that in which section i will fill my return . and which itr form i will choose.
2-wht is difference between section 44ae and 44ad.

04 January 2012 u can use ITR 4S and declare 8 percent of 15 lakh as income
SECTION 44AE IS APP ONLY IN CASE OF GOODS CARRIAGES
