14 December 2010 a assessee is having income from speculative business say Rs 5000/- and taxable under head B&P and having income from O/S.hence ITR 4 is to be filled.my question is that the assessee is maintaining his personal books so is it require to fill B/Sheet and P&L of his personal books for having income of 5000 in B&P.is
assessee filing ITR 4 is require to fill B/sheet and P&l for the income arises incidental or may or may not arise in the next year?
