I have cleared my ipcc in this attempt(nov2010). I am also pursuing 3rd year bcom from a regular college, if i join any firm now can i complete my bcom final year as a regular college student as the seesion would be ending on april or do i need to transfer to correspondance... pls pls help!!!

Yes you can do articleship with the college, but only you have to fill form 112 to ICAI

college time is not falling between 10 am to 5 pm., icai not allows this time for any other course.
