Suppose I have made cheque for PPF deposit deposited into bank on 31st March-12 but it was cleared on 4th April-12 then Can I claim deduction u/s 80C in F.Y. 11 - 12?

18 January 2013 ppf deduction would be allowed on basis of proof, so if the reciept/diary entry is showing 31st march, than you coul take deduction, otherwise not
