08 September 2012 Thanks but my problem still not solved
Sir,
Installed adobe reader in my system is the given below that i think u suggesting the same "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Reader 10.0\Reader\AcroRd32.exe"
Instead its not showing highlighted option please suggest........

09 September 2012 The files you download from ICAI website are locked for any edition.ie they are in read only form. There fore you will not be able to underline, highlight, break a line, etc on these documents.
Further you can convert these pdf files to .txt or .doc format. For that you need pdf converter. Just google them out, they are available for free.

09 September 2012 Thanks Pankaj Sir,
Still the problem not solved since the message reflected after giving the command of conversion "Message: The file you submitted is copy protected and could not be accessed." i tried conversion on Nitro......
Finally Should i conclude that its neither possible to highlight the reqd portion nor to convert ......isn't it right na ?

10 September 2012 yes that's right.
