I have received study material for CPT on March 2009.

My question is I can attend the exam on December 2009 its possible.

Please help me.

24 March 2009 If you are registered before 31-March-2009 you are eligibel to appear in June 09 attempt also.
i.e you are eligibel for both June and Dec
