24 December 2016 If total number of employees if it exceeds 10 in case of ESI Is Applicable, if 20 or more employees exceed than PF is applicable . ESI salary ceiling limit Rs.15000 of Gross salary for PF Salary ceiling limit maximum Rs.15000 /- Basic salary.
