31 May 2012 is there upper limit of Rs. 6500/- for employers contribution irrespective of the actual basic amount. e.g., Rs. 10,000/-

01 June 2012 yes it is true. As per EPF Act, maxiumum amt of salary on which PF is to be deducted is Rs 6500.

01 June 2012 Only Pension fund the upper limit you can choose Rs.6500, but the Provident fund actual basic only
