Pf calculation

plz clear my query-

suppose one of the employee worked 15 days in a month,so shall i calculate pf on basic amount or their actual worked basic?
& is i take gross salary*12 or net salary*12 for income tax calculation?

You need to calculate on actual earned Basic + DA/Spl Allowance.
