I have been working in UK for more than 1.5 years in UK. I am getting income in India thru interest via FD/Bank. I was filing ITR2 considering i will be called NRI for AY 2018-19.
While filing ITR application, i got stuck at a question: _____________________________________________________________________________________ Whether any transaction has been made with a person located in a jurisdiction notified u/s 94A of the Act? * _____________________________________________________________________________________
What does it mean by 94A. Could somebody explain me please. Thanks in advance.
