my organisation pays some fixed amount directly to land lord by entering into an agreement directly with the owner. though rent agreed might be more they pay only some restricted amount. as they pay in this fashion they do not pay me hra. as hra is not received i am unable to claim exemption for it. as the rent is paid by employer directly i am unable to claim rent paid deduction. however the amount paid by employer to land lord is added to my income as perquisite. i am loosing in this fashion. pls guide how i should save tax..
