19 October 2016 Dear Experts,
I have filed IT return of firm for AY 2016-17 as on 18/10/2016 non audited. Pls clarify weather penalty of 5000 can be levied u/s 271F or not,

19 October 2016 Option to Levy u/s 271f is available , I don't think so they will levy Rs.5000/- for your case
