11 December 2013 A person has not filled ST return since 2 years but has paid Service tax.
But now he want to file ST return for 2 years without any penalty.
Does it is possible to file ST return for that 2 years.
If so please help me....

Unfortunately, VCES Scheme do not allow mere filing of Service Tax Returns
