pllzzz help.. my PCC validation is over can i re-register in PCC again..?? n what is the procedure..?? till when PCC will exist..?? plzz reply

You have to re-register for PCC. You need to pay certain fees to the ICAI and also an application.

PCC will remain in existence till it is withdrawn by ICAI. As such there is no such notification. And regarding results - Result uska achcha hai jiski padhai achchi hai. Bhale wo PCC ho ya IPCC, koi matter nahi karta.
