I am paying to an actress for appearing in my magazine. I want to know is TDS applicable on the amont paid. If so under what section and at what rate.

Advertising/media/printing houses or agencies shall have to deduct tax at source at the rate of 10% per cent under section 194J while making payments to artists, actors, models, etc.
