Hello Sir, due delay in creation of charge my client get order with penalty for delay u/s 141 of Rs. 8000/- so please advise that how to make that payment. which SRN no. require to write at a time of payment

sir, at a time of selecting pay miscellaneous fees, only 6 options are there 1) penalty 2) Investors Education & protection fund 3) GET CERTIFIED COPY 4) INDIVIDUAL 5) DIN APPLICATION PAYMENT 6) OTHER Which option is suitable for me
