09 November 2013 DEar Sir,

I am a partnership firm and i deduct TDS on the bill of Bhagvati Anna Labs P Ltd - this being a company.

While paying TDS on the professional bill of bhagvati i have selected it as non company deduction.

will the return filed be worng as while filing the return i am being told that it is a company deduction.

Can any correction be made?

please help me.

is Educ cess not to be deducted on any TDS?

10 November 2013 check the form 16a status, whether any unmatched is there, if it shows unmatched you go for correction, else correction not required
