06 August 2012 i am planning to start a data processing firm with a friend of mine who happens to be a foreign national
What are Basic formalities to be follow in this respect

07 August 2012 You need to open a private limited company preferably for the same.

FEMA doesn't allow partnerships with foreign nationals.
