dear sir/madam.
sometime i got problem while filling e return of income tax of individual.the password doesn't known of individual client.
They often file retun with others but now they approached me to file. now the password recovery shows OTP to mobilw number & email id,which is not belongs to particular candidates but to the professionals.
please help.

You may reset the password using new Email ID & Mobile No. But in that case system asks for additional details. get any of the following. You would be able to reset the password using new Email ID and Mobile No, by furnishing any of these information
1. 26AS TAN - If TDS has been deducted for any AY of the assessee, then obtain the TAN of the deductor.
OR
2. Bank A/c No. - You may also use the Bank a/c number furnished in any of the previous e-filed return.
OR
3. OLTAS CIN - If assessee has ever deposited the Self Assessment/Advance Tax then use CIN of tax Challan.
TIP - If neither of these 3 is available then deposit the Rs. 10 as self assessment tax. wait for 3-4 days for OLTAS database to updated. then reset password using New email and mobile and furnish CIN of that challan as additional detail
