I wish to ask a question about formation and Registration of a Partnership Firm, - Can a Resident Indian form a partnership with a resident of foreign country. If yes, What would be the steps for registration of such a firm/

1. Partnership deed to be prepared 2. Foreign national ID and address proof to signed by that country notarary 3. Deed should be signed by the foreign partner in their country before indian embasy officer or
If he is india valid passport and valid visa for stay in india the time of signing of the deed.
4. with all these doucments apporach the registrar of firms of your jurisdiction.
