my query is one of my client firm business in paints field her mother was prop. before 01.01.11 after 31.12.10 firm was become in partnership firm with her own son . we make the partnership deed and notarized in court also my problem is i want to know any requirement for firm registration to state registrar or its sufficient for doing legal works like bank c.c.limit renewal.
