27 February 2012 i hv not file my partnership firm return for f.y. 2010-2011.

my profit is rs.39156. i hv only deduct 713 bank charges bcs feb'11 my business starts.

how do i reduce i.tax ?

27 February 2012 Should the deed provide.. you could charge interest on capital of the partners.. or also provide remunaration to the partners..
