Please suggest me for registration of partnership firm,which will providing insurance agent service,property consultancy service,etc.
-As I know for insurance service i have to make registration in IRDA.
-prepare a partnership deed
-i have to apply for PAN in the name of firm.
after all above these things what are the legal requirements I have to full fill.please give me your valuable suggestions.

02 February 2013 partnership act 1932 need to be followed along with many other statute requirement has to be comply relevant section at prevailing time.
