06 October 2013 Partnership deed is basic document to establish the partnership, it is constitution document for the partnership. it need to prepare by the partners

it basically focus the purpose of partnership, objectives, details of the partners & their profit & loss sharing ratio and other partnership terms and conditions

Partnership deed as specific format as per partnership act,1932, you can download the same from file sections

you can approach any legal consultants to prepare the same
