28 November 2012 I want to know whether it is possible to expell a partner from the partnership with the consent of other partners on grounds of misconduct?

actually the partnership is not registered under Partnership Act,1932 but notaraized by notary.

do help me..

or you need to reconstitute your partnership firm by making that partner retired
