Partner not signing form 108

11 March 2016 Dear All,

I qualified in this Nov'15 exam. My partner is not signing my Form 108 for articleship completion. He is asking me to serve 2 months additional. I do not have any extra leave also. I do not have any proof of attendance. I have a calculation sheet of attendance calculated by my firm's personnel and it clearly states that I have no excess leave.
I am losing job opportunities due to this additional service. What remedy do I have against them ? Will form 119 be the remedy ?Kindly help !! I do not wish to disclose the name of my firm.

11 March 2016 In the abscence of certified attendance sheet(work dairy) principal decision will be final.That is the reason ICAI asked to follow all rules prescribed with out fail
