09 February 2009 No, A partnership firm can never be a partner. It has been decided in Dulichand Laxminarayan Vs. CIT (1956), SC.

10 February 2009 then can the partenrs of those firm enter into another partnership.
I mean can a person be a partner of more than 1 firm.
