23 January 2015 my company paying interest to some x party the x party does not have pan card

so we deducted TDS 20% on interest and filed e-tds return

in e-tds return we mention "PANNOTAVBL" in the pan column and we reflect "C" flag

after filing we got notice as Pan Error have been identified in your return

now what i have to do
