Panelty on late filling of tds return

From 1st June,2015 power to collect penalty u/s 234E given to income tax authority.So all penalty levied before 1st June,2015 need not to be paid.So if I file tds return of F.Y.2012-13 of My client now whether penalty be levied or not??Mode of deposit of TDS is book adjustment

THE LATE FEES MAY BE LEVIED FROM 1ST JUNE UPTO THE DATE OF FILING OF RETURN.
