03 May 2014 i am working in a infra co. where we have a subcontractor but he submitted his PAN whether it is acceptable as PAN of his co. as a owner

03 May 2014 Incase subcontractor is the proprietor concern then you can accept based on the declaration from contractor

10 May 2014 in case if he prop then his personal pan is sufficient.
