20 April 2010 My client is having its PAN number in paper mode and want to have in physical form(Card form). What will be the procedure and detail required for this.

Is there be requirement for attachment of paper as proof of date of incorporation and address proof. Can we change address or name of organization along with taking such physical card. Pls advise and tell the procedure.

20 April 2010 IF there is no change then fill the form application for new/changes in PAN date and do not tick any of the columns and attach the copy of old PAN.

If change is required please tick whichever column change is required and enclose proof of the changes to be made.

20 April 2010 if there is no change then as per you there is no need to attached any documents, Pls confirm
