PAN not mentioned in e TDS Return

Dear Friends,

We have filed eTDS return of our company.

in this return we have not mentioned PAN of an employee as it was not given to us.

Now can we issue him the TDS Certificate?

It will be with PAN or without PAN?

Now that employee have PAN.

Incase now you got employee PAN you correct the TDS return and issue form 16

16 July 2010 Ask employee to apply the PAN, take the ack no, track it after 10 days, revise the return, then issue form 16.
