16 July 2011 My client has received TDS Certificate from his Employer but his PAN No. is wrongly on TDS Certificate.

16 July 2011 if its an only error while typing PAN on the certificate & TDS has been deposited against actual PAN.... then its not an issue.

Just get the correction done from the employer.

16 July 2011 But, if the PAN number had been wrongly quoted in the TDS returns also, then the employer need to file correction statement for all applicable quarters.

Then only the correction of PAN on certificate will be effective.
