20 February 2012 I want to know about the pan Form. Which form is used for new application of pan and which is used for change and correction in pan Data ???

and tell me this also please my friend apply for new pan but the pan card is not delivered on his resident and now he lost his acknowledgement no. and don't know his pan no. what to do ???

20 February 2012 PAN application form is Form.49A. the same form also used for correction also.
