PAN CARD- Change in Father's Name

Dear Sir,
My one of the aunty whose name is Manjulaben Narayanbhai prajapati, age 58 years, working as an employee in a school and submitting returns on regular basis from many years.
She has got a PAN card issued by the department but in the pan card her husband name has been mentioned in the place of fathers name.
her father has passed away from more then 50 years back and no photo identity proof is available of him.
plz guide me the procedure to be followed to make change in her PAN details.

If you do not have any proof regarding her fathers name then you get a certificate from a gazetted officer certifying all the particulars and your problem would be solved.
